As a certified clinical counsellor, building trust and safety is my top priority—a cornerstone for effective therapy. My online counselling services, available for adults over 18, ensure you can access support from anywhere.

My strengths-based and trauma-informed approach applies evidence-based theories such as Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), Strength-Based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), and more. Each approach is carefully chosen to fit your personal journey and to facilitate healing and personal growth. I am registered with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA Reg.Clinical 30746) and adhere to their requirements, standards and guidelines to ensure a safe, client-focused experience.
