As your counsellor, I am dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing space where you can explore life’s challenges with support and understanding. As a certified clinical counsellor, I believe that building trust and creating a secure environment are essential foundations for meaningful therapeutic work.
Working with adults 18 and over through secure online sessions, I offer compassionate, non-judgmental support tailored to your unique journey. Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to face them alone.

- Depression and anxiety management, helping you develop practical coping strategies and rediscover inner calm
- Trauma recovery and processing, including support for those affected by family domestic violence
- Grief counselling, including both personal loss and climate-related grief
- Life transitions, such as navigating menopause or adapting to new diagnoses like ADHD or ASD

- Crisis support for those experiencing suicidal thoughts, providing a safe space to explore and heal

These include approaches that help you process emotions and build stronger relationships (EFT), enhance your natural strengths while developing healthier thought patterns (ST-CBT), learn valuable skills for managing emotions and stress (DBT), and process trauma through specialised techniques (EMDR & AF-EMDR).
